
Lisa Gardella
CPA, Partner
Lisa, founder of Bright Alternatives, LLC, graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Lisa earned her CPA and practiced in public accounting in the Southern New Hampshire area for several years.
In 1989, Lisa took classes to become a MAS90 certified consultant and decided that this was the path that her career should take. She is now certified in MAS90, Business Works and Peachtree. Lisa enjoys the satisfaction of all aspects of her profession, from going out and implementing new systems in a company to assisting with their accounting procedures and/or training their accounting staff.
Lisa has been involved in community service in the Southern NH area. She is currently Treasurer of the Rainbow Preschool, President of the Friends of Plaistow Recreation and Treasurer for The Friends of the Vic Geary Senior Center.
Lisa and her husband Mark have two children, Katherine and John. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, skiing, scrap booking, watching her children’s sporting activities and Red Sox games.

Heather Sweet
Training and Support
Heather graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
After graduating, Heather joined a company in Wilmington, Massachusetts as a staff accountant and gained many years of experience in all areas of accounting. Heather’s excellent problem solving abilities and organizational skills are reflected throughout her work with every client.
Heather and her husband, Earl, have two children, Owen and Cameron. Together, they enjoy summers on Ossipee Lake, skiing, football games, Owen’s baseball games, and Cameron’s soccer games.

Monique Swansen
Training and Support
Monique, graduated from Northeastern University and earned her Associates Degree in Finance.
Since graduating, Monique served as an Accounting Manger for a Massachusetts import company for 15 years using Peachtree Software products. She has also free lanced providing bookkeeping services for local small companies using QuickBooks and Peachtree Products. Most recently she was working as an Office Manager in a company using QuickBooks products. Monique has been in the accounting field for over 20 years. She is currently continuing her studies to complete all certifications in QuickBooks. She has experience working with Crystal Reports, Dbase, Access, Act and many others. Monique enjoys working with clients to setup and implement their software, training, establishing accounting procedures and bookkeeping.
Monique and her husband John have two children Dan and Derek. They enjoy, boating, fishing, skiing, horseback riding and gardening. They also enjoy watching both children play their various sports throughout the year.
