Zucchini Pie This is so easy and very tasty. Even the kids love it! 4 large eggs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup Bisquick 1 small onion chopped finely 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. marjoram salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350º. Scramble eggs and add the cheese and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and add to the egg and cheese mixture. Pour into a greased pie plate and bake about 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
